Rates posted are based on advanced reservations, are subject to change, and are based on two-adult occupancy. Additional occupancy for guests over 12 years is $30 per night (or $180 per week). A deposit equal to one night of the stay is required upon reservation with the balance due upon check-in.
Taxes include 6.625% for New Jersey sales tax plus an additional 5% for New Jersey Hotel Occupancy Tax. All of our motel rooms are non-smoking and no pets are permitted. For travelers with pets, we can arrange for nearby boarding. Facilities are offered to currently registered guests between the check-in time of 3:00 pm and check-out time of 11:00 am.
Free beach badges for the length of your stay are available to all registered guests for a refundable deposit of $60. The badges are valid for Seaside Park and must be returned by 11 a.m. on the day of check-out.
Deposits will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the arrival date. This includes credit card deposits. Reservations may not be shortened upon arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $20 administration fee.
